Sports and Leisure activities

The Sussex Seals club meet on a Tuesday evening at Worthing Leisure Centre, 7pm – 8pm.
Activities include: Basketball, Cricket, Zumba Dance, Arts and Crafts, Football (spring and summer terms), Table Tennis (autumn and winter terms) and Trampoline.

Sussex Seals is a club for people aged 16 + with learning disabilities or autism to access sport and leisure activities with their friends in a community setting.

Our 2025 term dates are:
Winter term: 7th January – 11th March 2025
Spring term: 1st April – 3rd June 2025
Sport and Fun Day: Tuesday 10th June 2025
Summer term: 1st July – 2nd September 2025
Autumn term: 23rd September – 25th November 2025

Joining Sussex Seals

The Sussex Seals club run 10 week terms costing £65 per term or on a pay as you go basis using a pre-paid stamp card for £35 which is valid for 5 sessions over 2 terms.
