Sports and Leisure activities

The Sussex Seals club meet on a Tuesday evening at Worthing Leisure Centre, 7pm – 8pm.
Activities include: Basketball, Cricket, Zumba Dance, Arts and Crafts, Football (spring and summer terms), Table Tennis (autumn and winter terms) and Trampoline.

Sussex Seals is a club for people aged 16 + with learning disabilities or autism to access sport and leisure activities with their friends in a community setting.

Our 2025 term dates are:
Winter term: Tuesday 6th January – 17th March 2026
Spring term: Tuesday 31st March – 2nd June 2026
Sport and Fun Day: Tuesday 9th June 2026
Summer term: Tuesday 30th June – 1st September 2026
Autumn term: Tuesday 22nd September – 24th November 2026

Joining Sussex Seals

The Sussex Seals club run 10 week terms costing £65 per term or on a pay as you go basis using a pre-paid stamp card for £35 which is valid for 5 sessions over 2 terms.
