Energy Advice Service

For people with a learning disability or autism

Our FREE Energy Advice Service, (in partnership with Southern Gas Network (SGN), aims to reach households with people with a learning disability or autism, across West Sussex.

The service offers advice and guidance on:

• Lowering energy usage and spend
• Benefit and grant eligibility and advice
• Support to join the priority services register
• Gas and electricity safety awareness
• Carbon Monoxide (CO) advice and safety awareness
• Free CO alarm (where eligible)

We can offer support to individuals in Buddys and out in the community plus group sessions including fun interactive workshops. Easy read resources are available.
