Come along for a fun and sun (hopefully) filled morning.
There will be a variety of stalls including cakes and plants, entertainment, tombola & raffle, refreshments and more.
Our current charity shops & Buddys will also be open so you can meet all your fashion, homeware & coffee/lunch needs in one hit.

Sport and Fun Day

Worthing Mencap’s annual Sport and Fun Day is back for 2026.
Join us for lots of fun across the day including:
*A Super Fun Disco
*Inflatable Assault Course
*Magician
*Cycall Adapted Cycling
*Various sport activities inc. trampolining, table tennis, curling, zumba
*Arts and crafts
And not to forget the FREE Ice cream & medal
This is a free event, funded by Worthing Mencap and individuals and groups (e.g. schools, colleges, day centres etc) supporting people with a learning disability, autism or other additional needs are welcome.

Blue Starfish Club Night - Summer Vibes

Our popular Blue Starfish Club night is back. Get your sunglasses and shorts at the ready, we’re celebrating summer.
Blue Starfish is a popular club night for people with learning disabilities and their friends (aged 16 and over).
Come along and enjoy performances by local DJs/bands, have a dance and get together with friends.
Entry: £7 per person
To avoid the queues, you will be able to buy your tickets in advance from Buddys (121 South Farm Road, BN14 7AX). Just pop in and speak to a member of the team. Tickets will also be available to buy on the door. Cash and card accepted.
Food and refreshments will be available to buy on the night (ID may be required to purchase alcoholic beverages). Cash and card is accepted at the venue.
